The Kitchen by JTAPS

The full-service restaurant and tapas bar is available to all members. The Kitchen at JTAPS is the center of social gatherings for pickleball friends to share highlights and lowlights after games over good food and drinks. PB603 and The Kitchen by JTAPS is also available for private bookings for members and non-members, tournaments, corporate events and social parties.
WHY TAPAS?
There are many Origin Stories of Tapas, most involve a wise King and go something like this: Arriving at a tavern, the King was served wine topped with a slice of ham. It was put there by the savvy barkeep to keep thirsty flies out of the wine (tapa-sp for lid). The King ate this ham and noticed he didn’t feel as tipsy as usual after imbibing. So, the Wise King decreed that all taverns in Spain serve Tapas (small snacks) with their wine to prevent public drunkeness…
